- MARCILLAC AOC Domaine Laurens 2010 Red: Deep purple colour - Blackcurrant and spicy smell - The Marcillac is a rich fruity wine balanced by souple tanins. - The fullness is lovely - Persisting and parfumed final note.
- MADARGUES J.M. Deat 2009 The red wines have a deep and bright colour, a ripe cherry nose with a touch of spice and wormwood. The bouquet is relatively soft on the palate. Soft tannin gives this wine a quite good length. To be served at 12°/13° with ham, salami and others cold meats, and at 15°/16° with poultry and roast meat.
- ENTRAYGUES ET LE FEL J.M. Viguier 2010 White wines : Fresh and lively on the palate, a good balance between green apple, bitter almond and acacia, this young clear and brillant wine is a good accompaniment for fish and seafood. Red wines : A nice red colour, it goes best with terroir dishes.
- CÔTES DE MILLAU Vignerons de Gorges du Tarn 2008 White wines : dry and fruity. Red wines : round and soft on the palate. Rosé wines : dry and well constituted.

- CHANTURGUE P.Goigoux 2010 A ruby colour wine, slightly tannic, with raspberries aromas. It goes from tobacco to wormwood. This is the wine which is at the origin of the Coq au vin recipe. It goes best with viandes en sauce and cheese.
- BOUDES A. Sauvat 2011 Red Gamay : Ruby colour with purple reflections wine with red fruits and spices aromas. A supple structure but firm. White Chardonnay bois : Strawy yellow, with vanilla aromas, this wine has got a good structure which gives to it fat and fullness on the palate.
